Who is behind a project, in every market
For every project we track, in every country, we look up the companies named in our research in the global Legal Entity Identifier system (GLEIF). A match needs the exact legal name and the same country. For each match we read who owns it (the direct and ultimate parent the company reported) and whether its registration is still kept up to date. Projects stay anonymous: you see shares and counts, never names.

By market
A developer is one developer as named in our research for that market. "With an LEI" means at least one of the companies it names has a Legal Entity Identifier we could match exactly. Most small developers never need an LEI (it is required mainly for trading in financial markets), so a missing LEI is not a warning sign. A foreign parent, or a registration that has lapsed, is a question to ask.
