Kolaboro / Database / Website changes
What changed on developer websites
When the text of a tracked developer's website changes, we photograph the whole page and compare it with the previous photograph. Here you see where the page changed and how much of it, without the page itself: a screenshot would reveal which project it is.
Why no screenshots? Projects on Kolaboro stay anonymous until a verification is finished and the developer has had time to reply (see a project file). A picture of a developer's website names the project, even blurred. So we publish only the shape of each change. The before and after screenshots and the highlighted diff are kept privately for 90 days, and a buyer who orders a check on that project can have them.

Data: /data/visual-diff.json · API: /api/x/r/visual, /api/x/r/visual/{id}. Listing portals that host many unrelated projects are not captured, because a change there says nothing about one developer. Related: image check, asking-price index.
