Kolaboro / For lawyers and notaries
For lawyers and notaries
When a client buys off-plan abroad, you advise on the contract and the law. A Kolaboro case file gives you the facts around it: what the developer promised, what the registers say, and what is on site, each with its source.
What a case file gives you
Evidence you can check yourself
Every finding in a case file points to where it came from, so you can rely on the source and not on our word.
Evidence with sources
Each check links to the register entry, regulator notice, court record, news report or developer page it rests on, with a verification level: registry, independent, developer only or contradicted.
Page and file fingerprints
We record a SHA-256 fingerprint of the developer pages we read and of every photo and document, so you can show later what a page said and that a file has not changed.
Bitcoin timestamps
Fingerprints are anchored in Bitcoin with OpenTimestamps. Anyone can check the proof independently, without trusting Kolaboro. Try it on verify evidence.
GPS-stamped photos
When a local agent visits, each photo carries its GPS position and time, so it can be matched to the plot and the date. Site visits are launching in Bali first.
Typical uses: checking a permit claim before your client signs, documenting progress before a stage payment, and building a dated record of what was promised if a project runs late.
Clear lines
What we never do
- We never give legal advice. We verify facts and say what we found. Advice, contract review and signing stay with you.
- We never hold client money. No deposits, no escrow, no payments pass through Kolaboro.
- We never take money from developers. Buyers pay for checks. The evidence sets every finding. See independence.
Partner programme
The partner programme is opening: apply
We are building a list of independent lawyers and notaries our buyers can turn to in each market. Tell us about your practice. We read every application and reply by email; applying does not commit you to anything.
