Pilot API · for agencies, lenders and lawyers
Put independent checks inside your own product
Read land certificates and contracts, review a project page, check a file's Bitcoin timestamp, and read the status of a case your client chose to share. Free during the pilot: 200 calls a day per key.
Endpoints
| Call | What it does |
|---|---|
GET /api/v1/markets | What developers advertise in the 43 markets we track: title types, lease terms, extension promises, guaranteed-return language, permit numbers published, price bands. Advertised claims, not verified facts. |
GET /api/v1/cases | Anonymised Bali projects the research agent follows, with the questions a buyer must get answered. |
POST /api/v1/projects/check{"url": "…"} | Desk review of a project page: promises, what it leaves out, what to ask before paying. |
POST /api/v1/documents/read{"type","files","claim","lang"} | Reads a land certificate, sale contract, permit, company deed or invoice (photos or PDF, 8 answer languages) and compares it with what the seller claimed. |
GET /api/v1/verify/{sha256} | Whether a file's fingerprint has an OpenTimestamps proof, and the Bitcoin block once confirmed. |
GET /api/v1/attestations/{token} | The stage, verdict, evidence counts and chain head of a case the buyer shared with you. |

Who it's for
Agencies and portals show buyers which listings have published permits and what to ask.
Lenders read the certificate and the contract before approving a loan on an off-plan unit.
Lawyers and notaries get a first reading in their client's language and a tamper-proof record of every file.
