Who can see your case

You, with your own login to the client portal.
The local agent handling your case, only with your agreement.
The senior reviewer who checks every report before it reaches you.

Developers never see your documents or your report unless you share them. Agents never take money from developers or sellers; breaking that rule ends their work with Kolaboro.

Where it is stored

The website runs on Cloudflare and your case lives in our database on Supabase. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell your data and we use no advertising cookies. Details are in our privacy policy.

Evidence nobody can change later

Every site photo is stamped on the agent's phone with GPS, accuracy and time, and fingerprinted with SHA-256 the moment it is taken. Only the fingerprint, never the photo, is sent to independent OpenTimestamps calendars and anchored in the Bitcoin blockchain. Anyone can check a piece of evidence without trusting us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep case records as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: [email protected].

If we get something wrong

Every report says what could not be verified instead of guessing.
Errors are fixed and logged publicly on our corrections page, with the date and what changed.
If we can't take your case, or can't start within 7 days of confirming it, you get a full refund (see our terms).
We verify facts and give our opinion on the evidence; we are not a law firm or a notary. For legal advice and signing, use an independent lawyer or notary.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.
