Before you pay the next instalment

Is there evidence for the milestone you are asked to pay?

Enter the payment plan from your contract. For every step we look for evidence you can check yourself: the satellite record of your plot, the public record of the project and the signed photos from your agent. Each step shows evidence found, not found or unknown, with links to the proof and how old it is.

Evidence found does not mean the milestone is reached. A satellite sees 10 m pixels and a signed photo proves when, where and by which phone it was taken, not what a structural engineer would sign off. This page never marks a step as done; it shows what supports it and what is missing. Your plan is stored only in this browser. To find evidence, the page asks our open API for the project id and receipt numbers you enter, and our scene finder for your pin; the plan itself is never sent.

Coordinates of the plot. Drop a pin on the map and come back with "Use this pin".

Your agent's signed evidence

Each photo or document your agent uploads gets a public signed receipt with a number. Add those numbers to the step they belong to, below. We read /api/open/receipt/{number} and check the phone's signature.

2. Your payment plan

One row per instalment, in the order of your contract. Pick the kind of step so we know which evidence can apply.

3. Evidence, step by step

Add at least one step to see its evidence.

    Exactly how each status is decided
    • Evidence found: at least one source supports the step. Signed photo or video receipts count for any construction step, document receipts for deposit and permit steps; for land clearing, a clear satellite change at your pin or on the tracked project site; for permits, a permit confirmed in a register or by an independent source; for later stages, a project recorded as completed by a register or an independent source.
    • Not found: we could look (clear images, a loaded record, a receipt number) and nothing supports the step, or a source contradicts it. Not found does not prove the work was not done.
    • Unknown: no source that can see this kind of step was available. The satellite cannot see foundations, floors, roofs on a small villa or interiors, so those steps stay unknown without a signed photo or a register.
    • Evidence age is the time since the picture, the record check or the photo was taken. Development-area radar and optical figures are shown as context and never change a status, because an area is not your plot.
