Kolaboro / Tools / Refund tracker

Track every refund and claim, with dates

Asked a developer for your money back, or for a promise to be kept? Log each request, call, email and payment here. See how long each claim has been open and what is still owed, then print a dated timeline for your lawyer.

Nothing is sent anywhere. Everything you type stays in this browser on this device. Kolaboro never sees it. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so export a JSON copy from time to time.

Your claims

Add a claim

One claim per thing you are owed: a deposit refund, delay compensation, a missing item.

Good practice

Make your record count

  • Ask in writing. Follow every call with an email that sums up what was said, and log both.
  • Keep the links. Add links to emails saved in the cloud, contract clauses, receipts and the developer's own pages.
  • Set a deadline. A clear date makes it obvious when a promise was broken.
  • Export often. The JSON file is your backup. The printed timeline is what a lawyer or mediator will want to read first.

This tool does not give legal advice. For a claim, ask an independent local lawyer; see what we tell lawyers about our case files. Related tools: delay compensation, deposit protection.
