Developer benchmark

Tick what your project publishes and what an official registry or an independent source confirms. See where that puts you against every project we track in your market and worldwide, and the one change that would move you furthest.

How the benchmark works

Published score

One point for each of the six core items of the Off-Plan Disclosure Standard a buyer can find without signing up. It is the same score we give every tracked project.

Confirmed score

One point for each item an official registry or an independent source (a regulator, bank, court record or major newspaper) backs up. Your own website does not count.

Percentile

The share of tracked projects you are ahead of, counting projects level with you as half. 50 means the middle of the market. Markets with few projects give a rough signal only.
