Read the contract milestone you are checking. Know exactly what should exist on the day.
On site
Start every video at the entrance with the street or a landmark, keep location and time on, then walk the property in one continuous take. Film each element of the milestone up close, then from far away.
Proof
Never edit the video. Upload it straight from your phone so the location, time and file fingerprint are kept.
