What finished looks like
Foundations are poured and cured, structure carries the roof, the roof is closed. Formwork, a few columns or materials on site are not a finished milestone.
Common tricks
Work concentrated where the camera points, photos of a different unit, or a show villa presented as progress on yours.
Exercise
Compare a developer's progress photo with your own visit and list every difference.
