Kolaboro / Technology
The verification engine.
Kolaboro turns a local person with a phone into evidence a buyer, a bank or a court can trust. Here is what runs today, what is in beta and what we are building, with two parts you can try right now.
What runs today, and what's next
We label everything honestly: live is in production, beta works but is still being tuned with reviewers, building is in development now, next is planned.
Desk review of any project website
Reads the developer's own pages and extracts every promise, missing permit and question to ask. About 60 seconds.
See it →Agent copilot
Cross-reads land certificate, brochure, contract and permit, quotes the contradictions and decides: go, hold, or stop and escalate.
See it →GPS-stamped field app
Every photo is stamped with GPS, accuracy and time on the agent's phone and fingerprinted with SHA-256 before upload.
See it →Public timestamping of evidence
Each fingerprint is submitted to independent OpenTimestamps calendars and anchored in the Bitcoin blockchain. Anyone can prove a photo existed on that date and hasn't changed, without trusting us.
See it →Plan vs reality
Computer vision compares the agent's site photos with what was sold and what has been paid: share actually built, elements that differ, and photos to retake.
See it →Weekly claims crawler
122 off-plan projects in 9 markets re-read every week. Every change in a developer's promises is logged.
See it →Automated agent onboarding
Application, academy, auto-graded exam, GPS-stamped test visit and review queue, with no human in the loop until review.
See it →Agent quality scores
Every senior-review correction is stored against the agent and the copilot rule that missed it. Scores decide who still needs review, and the corrections become test cases for the copilot.
Satellite activity watch
Sentinel-2 imagery over every tracked plot every few days. An alert when a site shows no change for weeks while the developer keeps invoicing.
Developer risk graph
Companies, directors, domains and projects linked across markets, so a developer behind stalled projects is visible before you sign.
Official land-registry checks
Matching the certificate's parcel number and area against the government land map. Today our agents check it by hand on every case; we are working towards official data access.
Content credentials on capture
C2PA signatures from the agent's device, so a photo carries its own tamper-evident history from the moment it is taken.
Trust API
The same verified evidence for banks, insurers and property portals that need to know a project is real.
Live demo · beta · runs our real model
Plan vs reality: is the building where the invoice says it is?
Upload up to four site photos, optionally the developer's render, what they claim and how much you've paid. The model estimates how much is actually built and flags what doesn't match. Try the sample: it mixes photos from different building sites, the way some "progress updates" sent to buyers do. See if the model notices.
- How much is actually built, next to how much has been paid
- Each element of the claim: matches, differs or not visible
- Concrete discrepancies to raise with the developer
- Which photos the agent should retake to be sure

Verify a piece of evidence yourself
Drop any photo or document from a Kolaboro report. Your browser computes its SHA-256 fingerprint; the file never leaves your device. We look the fingerprint up in our public timestamp record and give you the OpenTimestamps proof, which you can check with free, independent tools.
How it works: each fingerprint is submitted to independent OpenTimestamps calendars (run by the OpenTimestamps project and Eternity Wall). They aggregate it into a Bitcoin transaction within hours. After that, nobody, including us, can backdate or alter the evidence without it showing.
