- To reply to your request and provide the service you ask for (contract or steps before a contract).
- To improve the website (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare, Supabase), analytics providers (Google, Microsoft) and, only with your agreement, the local Kolaboro agent handling your case. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
